When will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed within the next 24 hours of ordering and billed for shipping immediately; it is processed. We advise that you review and confirm the details of your order, such as color and model, and ensure they are correct. This is because once you have placed your order; you won't be able to make any modifications. These orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. We recommend that you make your orders during the holiday and sales season to allow extra time before they reach you.
We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This mail will contain a unique tracking link and code that will help you track your order. Also note that the cost of shipping will depend on the type, weight, and delivery location of your package. You will also be responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
It is your sole responsibility to track your order and ensure that you receive your package when they arrive. We strongly advise that you assemble all the necessary documents that will be required by your country Custom and courier service providers. Canceling an order will cost 30% of the law and can be done only within 6 hours of purchasing such items on the same day. This 30% deduction will cover management, processing, and transaction cost. However, if you intend to evade this 30% management, processing, and transaction fee, you can switch your order with another product. HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order within 6 hours after you have placed them. If you cancel your order within this time frame, we will refund 70% of your order. 30% will cover management, processing, and transaction fees. However, you can choose to switch your order with another one. This will cost you 0% management, processing, and transaction fees, and we will refund 100% of your order. Once we send you a Shipping Confirmation email, you can't cancel your order because your order has been processed and shipped to you.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy allows you only to return the product that has manufacturing faults or problems. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, kindly send us an email with the subject line: "Return: Damage or Defected item." Ensure that you include your order number along with a photograph of the faulty in the body of your mail. We will send you another one after confirming the fault. Your time is invaluable to us. We will do this immediately.
It is important to note that this return policy only applies to items whose damage or fault is credited to the manufacturer. If you receive a product in normal conditions, this return policy will not apply if the product gets damaged subsequently.
